Your Team Development Coach

Dr Marc Rogatschnig

I am a Clinical and Consulting Psychologist, and work primarily with executives and executive teams across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and North America. I am a specialist in Team Development, Team Dynamics, Character Development and Behaviour Change. I have a Doctorate in Consulting Psychology focusing specifically on leadership character, integrity, stage of adult development and executive team sub- culture. I am the Founder of Tidal Consulting, a boutique People Development business that works across the globe with a team of 40+ Senior Partners and 3 Strategic Partnerships (including Heartstyles; GSI Global Coaching) & Mycubeforchange) I have occupied senior management roles since 2003 in Health Services, Software Sales/ Implementation; Consulting; and People Development/Training (both in South Africa and the UK). I understand the intersection of the commercial, emotional and behavioural dynamics that influence performance and have a demonstrated track record of financial performance, strategic execution and people leadership. I am based in Cape Town, South Africa, and am married to a fine artist wife with two children. I am a lifelong surfer and athlete, enjoy the outdoors, have travelled extensively (and in particular across Africa) and love to write (Distance in our blood - published 2016 & Small Changes for Big Results - published 2024)
